We train several times a week, and you are welcome to turn up to as many or as few sessions as you would like. Those expecting to compete should ensure that they attend as many sessions as they can.

The Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday sessions require payment for the session (£5 pay-as-you-go) or term (£35). Fitness-only sessions are free for all.
 
Non-beginners sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) are aimed at those who have completed our beginners’ course, or have previous experience in a striking martial art (e.g. Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai). The beginners’ course takes place in the first 3 Wednesday sessions of each term.
