We train several times a week, and you are welcome to turn up to as many or as few sessions as you would like. Those expecting to compete should ensure that they attend as many sessions as they can.

The Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday sessions require payment for the session (£7 pay-as-you-go) or term (£35). Fitness-only sessions are free for all, e.g. runs. Payment details can be found on our FAQs page. 

 
Non-beginners sessions (Saturdays and Sundays) are aimed at those who have completed our beginners’ course, or have previous experience in a striking martial art (e.g. Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai). The beginners’ course takes place in the first 2 Tuesday sessions of each term.
