We train at North Cambridge Academy on Monday 6:30-8:30pm in association with CARISMA. This session is open to everyone who has completed our beginners’ course or has previous martial arts experience.

This is a sparring-exclusive session: there is a continuous timer set for 2 minute rounds with a break in between. You are free to use these as you see fit. You will need a mouth guard for this, but we can provide pads.

The gym is at the back of the academy – there is a map below showing the route from Arbury road.
